Unable to install Windows update KB5062553, have retried multiple times, there is always a failure or a change that Windows finds and has to "undo". User's image

I located the Windows Update Troubleshooter, and when attempting to run it, a message appeared saying the app was unable to open. Upon attempting to recreate said message, "Get Help" opened instead, and gave me this message.User's image

I'm assuming my Windows installation is either corrupt or missing files at this point, just not sure which.

Some help would be appreciated, Thanks!
