Hello. Try these two options to verify if the computer detects the GPU at all, but at this point with what you have tried, I wouldn't rule out a hardware issue.
- Press
Windows + Rto open Run. - Type
msinfo32and press Enter. - On the left panel, expand:
Components⇢Display. - Look at the right panel for any entry showing:
- Name: something like
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 - Status: “OK” or an error message
- Name: something like
The above was a direct check via msinfo32, now via dxdiag:
- Press
Windows + R, typedxdiag, and press Enter. - Let it load completely.
- Go to the
Displaytab. - Check:
- Device Name (should show NVIDIA GPU)
- Manufacturer
- Display Memory
