Thank you for your feedback. I understand that you are experiencing issues with Rewards. Here are some suggestions:
Check the Microsoft Rewards referral rules
The person being referred must be a new user: Your friend must be joining Microsoft Rewards for the first time. If they already have a Microsoft account but have not used Rewards before, this may be fine, but if they have joined before, even a long time ago, the referral may fail.
Referral quota limit: Your account can successfully refer a maximum of 5 new users within a year. Have you reached this limit?
Regional restrictions: You and the friend you are referring must be located in the same country or region. Cross-regional referrals are invalid.
Referred users must complete tasks: After new users register through your link, they typically need to earn a certain number of points (e.g., 200 points) through Bing Search within 30 days for the referral to be considered successful, and for you to receive the reward. Simply registering is not sufficient.
If the above checks are all clear. You can create a support ticket with the Microsoft Rewards team by visiting https://rewards.bing.com/support . When submitting a ticket, please make sure you are logged in with the account you need support for((unless your account is no longer available, consider switching to a different account) )and provide as much information as possible to submit the issue, then please be patient after submitting as this is a very small team so there are a lot of users in the queue.
