The Bluetooth earbuds are not being detected by the Windows 11 Pro PC when selecting "Add Device." What steps can be taken to resolve this issue and successfully connect the earbuds?

May I also ask if your earbuds have connected properly before in the said PC?

Thank you for the information. Hmm, let's try to completely reinstall the Bluetooth drivers, and have the drivers reinstall itself via generic drivers.

Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.

    Expand the Bluetooth section.

Right-click your Bluetooth adapter (e.g., “Intel Wireless Bluetooth” or similar).

    Select Uninstall device.

Check Delete the driver software for this device if available, then click Uninstall.

    Restart your PC.

Windows will automatically reinstall a generic driver on reboot.

If it's still not working, you might need to get a USB bluetooth dongle for your Bluetooth audio to work, and also work properly as it might not be capable/compatible with your audio.

Please let me know if the above steps worked for you.

May I ask if your earbuds have worked properly before? Please make sure that your buds are not connected to any other device, and then please try to factory reset the buds. Please proceed with the steps below.

Turn off Bluetooth on your PC.

Make sure the earbuds are on but not connected to anything.

Tap the button on both earbuds 5 times quickly.

Put both earbuds into the charging case, wait a few seconds.

Take them out, and one earbud should flash red and blue (pairing mode).

Then, please try to add the device.

Please let me know if this has worked for you.

Hello there! I am Charity. I'm glad to help you today!

May I ask what is the make and model of the Bluetooth device that you are trying to connect to? Also, May I ask what is the make and model of your computer's motherboard?

Press Windows + R, type msinfo32, and hit Enter.

In the System Summary section, please provide me the three things below.

    BaseBoard Manufacturer

    BaseBoard Version

    Kind Regards,

Please note that things might need more than one reply to completely resolve your issue, as it will completely depend on the complexity of the question and the amount of detail that you have provided me.
