Unable to sign-in to Outlook - retry with a different device use a VPN or other authentication method to sign in

Hello, I am unable to login to my Outlook account from my Home PC. It was working all fine a week ago and now suddenly it stops throwing below error:

I am able to login to Azure Portal and Learn. Only outlook is blocking me. The link mentioned does not helps much to troubleshoot.

Please help me get back outlook on my PC.

    Could you please try connecting your device to a different Wi-Fi network and see if you can sign in with your account on Outlook Web? That is, if you've connected your device to a home Wi-Fi network, switch it to a mobile hotspot and see if you can sign in successfully.

    If you're still experiencing issues, ensure VPN is turned off on your device. Then, try running the Network reset commands on your Home PC.

    1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator. Execute these commands one by one and click Enter for each command.

    netsh winsock reset

    netsh int ip reset

    ipconfig /release

    ipconfig /renew

    ipconfig /flushdns

    Once executed, restart your computer and try signing in.
