cannot print from windows 11, google chrome and edge just crashes

Hey there! I followed the instructions, and it solved the issue of the browser crashing. However, now I click print and nothing happens. As if the computer is no longer talking to my printer. Any thoughts on how to fix this issue?

Hi Jim, this is Kimberly, an independent advisor. I'm glad to assist you today.

The issue is often related to printer drivers, corrupted system files, or browser settings.

Press Win + R, type services.msc, press Enter.

Find Print Spooler, right-click → Stop.

Go to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS and delete everything inside (you may need admin rights).

Go back to Services, right-click Print Spooler → Start.
