The permissions in document library are inherited from site level. To prevent user 01 to access the document libraries, you need to break the inherited permission for all 3 document libraries.

To break permission inheritance, perform the following steps:

    1. Go to library setting from gear icon.
    2. Next, go to ''Permissions for this document library"
    3. On the top click on ''Stop Inheriting permission" button.
    4. Now remove the user 01 or group containing user 01. With these changes, user 01 will not able to access the document library.

For details pls refer to "Remove user permissions in SharePoint" mentioned in https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/customize-permissions-for-a-sharepoint-list-or-library-02d770f3-59eb-4910-a608-5f84cc297782#bkmk_goto

Note: If you remove the group containing user 01 then all users in that group will not able to access the document library.
