Samsung M2020 printer listed under USB controllers but won't install

Windows 11. I installed the Windows software for the printer and drivers but the installer won't recognize the printer.

Web research has so far been unsuccessful.

Hello Ron,

Thanks for posting to the Microsoft Community. Can you attach a screenshot of the device manager. You can open the device manager by right clicking on the start button, click device manager. Go to Printers, click the arrow to show the listed printers. If you can include any error messages or codes, please do so.

    Hello all, thanks for the assist. I downloaded and installed new drivers and now everything is working.
