    Thanks for your answer.

Actually, i didn't contacted with my bank. But these cards was addable in the past. It gives me "Tüm alanlardaki ayrıntıların doğru olduğundan emin olun veya farklı kart deneyin" error all time. But the people in my county, at the day 06/05/2024, they encountered with the same problem. I see that at a forum. @Chen1018

Thanks for the update! Since the issue started around 06/05/2024 and others in your region are seeing the same thing, it’s likely a regional restriction or payment block from Microsoft’s side especially for Turkish-issued cards. Even if the cards worked before, Microsoft may have updated their fraud prevention rules or payment policies. That error basically means the system is rejecting the card details, even if they’re correct. I'd still recommend contacting your bank just to confirm nothing’s being blocked on their end. And make sure your Microsoft account’s region and billing address match exactly with your card’s info. If the issue continues, using a different payment method like PayPal if available in your region could be a good workaround for now.

    Hi there,

I'm Cherrelyn, and I’m here to help.

Thank you for sharing the details. If both of your VISA cards work elsewhere but not on Microsoft, and you’ve already tried different devices, accounts, and even a VPN, the issue may be regional. Microsoft has specific restrictions or temporary holds on some Turkish-issued cards due to payment regulations or fraud prevention policies. I recommend contacting your bank to confirm the card isn’t being blocked on their end, and also ensure your Microsoft account region and billing address exactly match your card’s details.

I hope this helps, and if you have any questions, feel free to reply to this post.

    Warm regards,

    Cherrelyn
