Hi, I am an Independent Advisor, and welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

I understand you want to know the very best possible clean installation of Windows 10.

Please follow the steps below on how to perform a clean installation of Windows 10.

What you will need are the following:

USB Flash drive which is at least 8GB.

A working computer to create the Media tool.

Make sure you have your product key with you as well.

And your files are backed up.

The first step is to go to this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

You will need to click "Download Tool Now" under Create Windows 10 installation media.

Select "Create installation media (USB flash drive)" > Next.

Select your language, edition, and architecture > Next.

Choose USB flash drive > Next > select your USB drive > Next.

Let it finish creating the installer (may take ~15–30 minutes).

2nd Step is to Boot from the USB to start the clean installation.

Insert the USB into the machine where you want to install Windows 10.

Restart the computer and boot the USB drive by following the steps below.

    1. As the PC powers on, press the boot menu key (usually F12, F2, DEL, or ESC, depending on your brand).
    2. Select the USB drive as the boot device.

3rd step is to install Windows 10.

You should be able to see the Windows logo. You need to choose the language, Time, keyboard, then click Next.

    Then click Install now.

If it asks for a product key, you need to enter the key if you have one or click "I don't have a product key" to continue (Windows will activate later if it was previously activated).

Next is by selecting Windows 10 Home or Pro, which depends on the product key or license that you have.

Accept the license terms and click Next..

Choose Custom Install Windows only (Advanced)

4th step is deleting the old partitions; this method will remove all the data in your drive.

You'll see a list of partitions (Disk 0, Partition 1, etc.).

Delete all partitions on the drive where you want to install Windows.

    • Click each partition > Delete > confirm.
    • Stop when you see Unallocated Space.

Select that unallocated space > click Next.

Windows will now begin installing! It will take ~10–30 minutes and reboot a few times.

The 5th Step is setting up Windows. Once the installation is done, your machine will now boot to the setup screen. You just need to follow the prompts for Region, keyboard layout, connecting to your WIFI, and creating a local account or logging in with your Microsoft Account.

Next is the Privacy Settings, and then Windows will finalize the setting, and you are done with the setup.

Final step is the installation of your Drivers, this depends on the missing drivers you have on your machine, you need to open the Device Manager and check all the missing drivers, perform a Windows update to automatically install the missing drivers, if you still have missing drivers after the Windows update, you will need to manually download and install them by goint to your manufacturer's website.
