Hi, I am an Independent Advisor, and welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

I understand you want to access your Epson Printer Utilities.

If you have already installed it, just search for Epson Printer Utilities by going to the Start Menu, type in Epson, and it should show results for Epson Printer Utilities.

If you do not see any Printer utility software, go to https://www.epson.com.ph/Support/sl/s

Download and install the required utility software.

If you are referring to the Printer properties, follow the steps below.

Right-click the Start menu, then choose Settings. Go to Bluetooth and Devices, then go to Printers and scanners, choose your Epson Printer, then choose either the Printer Properties or Printing Preferences.
