Microsoft Rewards - Roblox Gift Card Stuck since July 19, 2025

I redeemed 5,800 of my Microsoft Rewards points on July 19 for Roblox Digital Card - 400 Robux. Order No. e7c5516b-a032-4e6b-b499-4db4849be4ca

 While the points were deducted from my account, I have yet to receive any confirmation email or the reward itself. From day one the Order History is showing the status as "In Progress" and same has not changed.

I submitted two support requests through the Rewards support portal on July 21 and 23, and both times I received a confirmation message with a support request number.

I couldn’t save the support request number of July 21, but the support request number of July 23 is 7082201536.

To date I have not received any further response or update.

I kindly request that this matter be looked into and escalated as needed.

I also note that the Roblox Gift Card is now not a redemption offer, though it was available on the 19th. If for any reason its gift card cannot be issued, then my points should be reversed.

    Hi! Sorry to hear that you have troubles with this situation, unfortunately you can only receive Microsoft Rewards support trough the support request form.

    Most common on this situations is that you are not using the game trough the Microsoft platform or Xbox, if you are on PC try to download the game from the Microsoft Store or Xbox app, this usually solves issues with in game redeemed content.
