Same issue here: pc game, console game and gamepass game reward points are not working since today. The mobile Xbox app reward and the Jewels reward are working fine, as well as Bing research rewards are working too. It's only about gamepass games.

It's the same for me since yesterday. Xbox not counting, pc not counting. Don't use a VPN or anything, logged out and back in still doesn't work. In the Xbox app it tracks correctly that a game is running it simply just doesnt count

Non of points for Play on GAMEPASS games / PC games / On Console aren't working again for the second time with the same issues from last month too beside (Sign in Xbox App on mobile and Play Jewel) are fine only small amount of points claiming very disappointed. We gamers shouldn't have to put up with this bug unable to claim large amount of points faster. I always do daily's every day of collecting points I've never missed a day off, also we should be given 5,000 worth of points for this trouble to unable to claim points because of this bug keeps occurring. I hope your gonna give gamers a reward of points for this cursed bug. REWARD US REWARD YOUR LOYAL GAMERS ON XBOX.

I’ve missed out on rewards last week and this. I’m playing games for at least a couple of hours at a time and still nothing. I don’t miss a day as a rule and this is so frustrating. Whoever said we should be given points as compensation, I agree. How long is this going to take them to figure this out?

This is such a bad look for microsoft - the leak of account detail, the hack of device linked passcodes, and now the breakdown of their Xbox ecosystems. AWS and others best dream, and most sysadmins are backing their stories to management (after being burned by MS)
And the 'support' link, only go there if you want an account ban.
How can they award a point in one zone but not recognise a mutually agreed item - like the 'play a game' v's the 'weekly bonus' ... and the have support blame you for a VPN or router issue?

Still broken on Xbox app on iOS.
It's infuriating to get a notification on my phone "See what you earned..." only to have no Rewards tab visible in the app when it opens.

Not working for today. Tried resign in on console, mobile. Mobile rewards not working for me long enough to forget, but console and bing app worked fine until yesterday. Today not 8 month game pass pack game not count, 15 mins play game pass game or game installed on console. I don't have PC, so I can't check there.

I’ve been trying to redeem my points for over a month now. When I contacted Microsoft Support, the calls were disconnected. This is not an issue I experience with Steam. As a result, I will be canceling my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription and switching platforms. It’s unfortunate, as I’ve been an Ultimate subscriber since 2020. - I’ve tried on my computer and iphone and ipad. Added my phone back again. Clearing my cache and browser history. Nothing is working. They say it’s completed and nothing happen. I still have my point and nothing sent by email.

I got to my goal 12,000 for the one month ultimate game pass. I've redeemed the reward and I've not received the one month
