Thank you for posting your question on Microsoft Q&A Community. We're happy to help you with your concern.
Regarding to your question, Microsoft 365 includes a feature very similar to Google Forms, it's called Microsoft Forms.
With Microsoft Forms, you can:
- Create surveys, quizzes, and questionnaires.
- Collect responses in real time.
- Export results directly to Excel for analysis.
- Share forms via link, email, QR code, or embed them in Teams or Outlook.
This is not a poll, respondents can type in detailed answers, and you can include various question types like multiple choice, text, ratings, and more
To get started:
- Go to https://forms.office.com
- Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.
- Click New Form to begin building your form.
- Share it with your associates and track responses in real time.
You can also access Forms from the Office 365 app launcher (the grid icon in the top-left corner of Outlook or other Microsoft 365 apps)
