    Hi Greg,

This happens because Microsoft blocks some IP ranges from downloading the ISO directly. As a workaround, please use the Media Creation Tool to download the ISO. You can download the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295

Run MCT and choose the ISO option when prompted.

If that doesn't help, let me know so I can generate the direct download link for the ISO.

    Hi Greg,

Please check out the PDF below. It's the user manual for your Lenovo series.

    https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/mobiles_pdf/t480s_ug_en.pdf

Boot into the UEFI settings and familiarize yourself with the available options.

Note the locations of the options "UEFI Only", "Secure Boot", and "TPM 2.0".

Do not change anything settings now. We need to convert the disk to GPT first.

Let me know after going through the UEFI settings.

    Hi Greg,

The boot mode is legacy. That means the OS disk must be converted to GPT. Then, the system must be booted in UEFI mode. TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot can then be enabled in UEFI settings.

Please open Disk Management and maximize it. Adjust the column widths in the top pane to make all the entries visible. Post a screenshot.

    Hi Greg,

Please use this link. It's valid for the net 24 hrs.

Regarding your other question, Secure Boot can be enabled in the UEFI settings. It should be easy. Let me check your PC specs first.

    • Press Win + R to open the Run dialog. Type msinfo32.exe, and click OK.
    • This opens the System Information too. Select "System Summary".
    • Resize the columns in the right pane to make the entries visible.
    • Post a screenshot of that window.
