that I can give voice commands to (like Alexa or Siri) for anything in general, but that works especially well with Word? For example, that I could not only transcribe text with into Word, but where I could also then say, "Save this document as 'Mission Statement', and then email it to Joe, from my contact list."

Windows does not have a native application that performs these tasks by voice, however you can use some 3rd party software that does this, for example VoiceMacro or AutoHotkey. But you will have to set up a macro to do this, it is not something that will be done automatically.
