How to use Skype In SMS

I'm using the webcall function to use my Skype In credit for outgoing calls. I thought I could use Teams for the SMSes, but I can't.

How do I use my Skype credit with my Skype In phone line to send SMSes?
How do I receive incoming SMSes?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately you can't. SMS feature is one of the features that didn't get migrated.
