Background Light Control Not Saving

I am dragging "Armoury Crate" to the top of the list under "Background light control" and am putting "Dynamic Lighting Background Controller" at the bottom while doing so to deprioritize it. Whenever I exit out of the Dynamic Lighting tab or exit settings, then go back in, it always resets or doesn't save and goes back to the "Dynamic Lighting Background Controller" being on top. How can I make this setting save?

Perfect, put WindowsDynamicLightning to 3 by using a temporary number (Set it to 4 first, and then to 3) while moving the AmbientHAL from 3 to 2 as well.
