Test call button missing

I want to make a test call but the button doesn't appear where it should.

    Hello,

    Are you referring to the test call button in Settings? If so, that's a feature in Teams business edition, not for Teams on personal account.

    However, if you are a Skype migrated user, you can run test call this way:

    Search for "Echo / Sound Testing Service"

    When found, send a testing message to it first. Then you will find the audio and video call icons to test the call.
