May I please know the make and model of your computer?
Type msinfo in the search bar on the taskbar and click Enter.
Post a screenshot of the resulting dialog box.
Meantime, if you've system restore points,
- Click Windows + R key, type rstrui.exe and click ok.
- Select Next and click on the recent date/time when you're audio was working normally.
- Click Next and finish to complete the restoration.
If you're still experiencing issues, please share your system model details, I will look the audio drivers for your computer from the PC manufacturer's website or from the Motherboard website.
