I am currently using Windows 11 version 24H2. I have uninstalled Clipchamp, but I noticed that the files are still present in the folder. I've attached a screenshot for reference. Can anyone please help me remove these files?User's image

    Hi ,

I recommend not trying to delete the default package folder for reinstallation. If you try to reinstall, there's usually no saved data, just the native installation package that comes with Windows.

If you've already uninstalled the program, just ignore the packages folder because changing these folders can corrupt the Microsoft Store permissions settings, causing it to stop working. I've already tried this. If you've already uninstalled the program, keep the native installation folder untouched.

If you want to delete the folder, go to Properties > Security > Advanced > Select Security Principal > Advanced > Find Now > Select your user, add > OK, select Full Control, and apply.

Do this only in the ClimpChamp folder. Remember, there's a risk with Microsoft Store appxs.

Give feedback if the information was useful or not.

    Thanks
