May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue?
Kindly send the version or build of your Windows (Please press Windows key+R and type winver and hit enter)
Please open the Device Manager, right click on Start Menu and choose Device Manager.
Please expand the Smart card Readers,
right click on MS USBCCID Smartcard Reader then update driver
Choose "Browse my computer for drivers, choose "Let me pick" Select the MS USBccid Smartcard Reader and hit Next then please close it.
Please try to unplug and replug the device.
Please check if the issue persists.
