Account recovery requests

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me..

I’m currently locked out of my original email account and my second back up account for that first account, due to saying “unusual activity on account” I haven’t gone anywhere, my accounts hasn’t been hacked or anything I can think of.. both of these accounts were absolutely fine until Friday morning just after 11:00 am uk time (22-08-2025)

I’ve made a third back up account, the account I I’m using right now to ask for help, I’ve filled out eight recovery forms over the past three day, I’ve fill them out in detail. gone through it back to front making sure I did every question….

I don’t want any people turning round and telling me to keep doing what I’ve been doing over past three days.. I need proper help and advice

    Hi again

    thank you for reaching out to me but sadly your answer didn’t help me in any shape or form, all the things you’ve to me to do. I’ve already been doing for so many days (I’m on day 6 now and my ADHD hypefixation on THIS is getting ridiculous) me coming on here for help was my very, and I mean very last resort.

    As I I’m typing this out I’m also doing my tenth recovery form…no offence but the automated system you guys use sucks and doesn’t actually process any my submissions to get my FIRST ACCOUNT BACK!! And ringing customer service I’ve done it literally 7 time now and all I’m getting is the same BS…

    look I don’t want to rude or anything but I’m getting peed off…everything I use (Facebook, insta, my Xbox, etc) is linked to my first email address account…and all I’m getting “Unfortunately, we have determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership.” over and over, after I’ve filled the CORRECT INFORMATION, I’ve even tried using my Xbox information and this getting the same..

    And again I do apologise for this message but I’m just trying not to punch the wall and throw my electronics out of the window

    Hi everyone, there is a way you can kinda get it back but only under certain requirements!

    1. Create a new account and go to https://support.xbox.com/de-DE/contact-us
    2. You need to chat to an live agent from the xbox support team (The account that got hacked needs to be signed up with xbox)
    3. You'll need to tell them that normal forms didnt work.
    4. He will ask you for you old alias, email, xbox-device-id and just the basic stuff.
    5. You need to creat a new account. nothing is allowed to be on there otherwise it wont work.
    6. The agent you chatted with will sent you an email with a code to the email of the new account and you have to give it to him.
    7. The agent will now give you an update on your accounts status every 24-72 hours (be patient if it takes 1-2 days more).
    8. Now you have to wait and keep checking your mails for updates or if you still need to give any more information. This process can take up to an month or longer but still better then losing everything.
    9. Now it's an 50/50 ether the information you gave them was correct and your account gets transferd to the new one or everything you had done to this point was useless and the account really is gone forever.
    10. Getting an good agent that actually wants to help you is very compicated, if they start talking about you filling out forms just leave and start a new ticket.
    11. This method is really well know so dont worry if everything takes a bit longer

One thing I have to say about the guid is that the consol part also works with the xbox app and some things like getting to actually texting to humans is only hard in certain countries because there you might have to talk to an AI bot first and beg him to get to an agent. In my case (im german) I could just click one button and was able to talk to an agent.
