My Hotmail account using Outlook - Microsoft exchange via laptop, iPhone Outlook email is not receiving emails. I am able to send emails from my hotmail account, but when an email is sent to the Hotmail account an error message is displayed - The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly. I have checked Outlook > File and not that 14.2GB is free out of 14.8GB.
Error includes - Remote server returned '554 5.2.2 mailbox full; STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:QuotaExceededException; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message [BeginDiagnosticData]Microsoft Unified Storage is full. QuotaExceededException: Microsoft Unified Storage is full.[EndDiagnosticData] [Stage: DeliverMessage]'

You can check storage page: https://onedrive.live.com/?v=managestorage see if you can free up something over there. Also if go through recycle bin carefully, if nothing is really important, empty it. Finally raise a support ticket with MS Support, they should be able to investigate why those bounceback are coming from your account.
