Can I use my laptop while it's charging? Will it affect the anything somehow?

For example, percent is 34% then i decided to use it while it's charging to perhaps watch a movie. Will it affect anything in my laptop negatively? Or the charger itself, will it be affected also?

    Yes, it’s safe to use your laptop while charging. Modern laptops stop charging once the battery is full and run on AC power, so they won’t overcharge. The laptop may get warmer during heavy use, but that’s normal if the vents are clear and airflow is good. The only long-term effect is that keeping the battery at 100% all the time can shorten its lifespan slightly, but for daily use it’s not a problem.
