HOW CAN I FIX THE AUDIO IN MY LENOVO

Good Morning, I don't why this morning my audio isn't functioning. The volume is 0 but I can't change it. I don't have any input or output devices connected, I always listened to everything throgh the audio on tne computer. I followed the instructions given but I still can't out of of the roblem. I kundky ask you if smb could hel with this. hank you in advance.

    If your Lenovo’s audio isn’t working, try these, first check Sound Settings by right-clicking the speaker icon and making sure your laptop speakers are selected as the output device. Next, restart Windows audio services by pressing Win+R, typing services.msc, then restarting Windows Audio and Windows Audio Endpoint Builder. If that doesn’t help, open Device Manager, expand Sound, video and game controllers, and update or reinstall your audio driver. Finally, run the built-in Troubleshooter under Sound Settings to let Windows detect and fix configuration issues automatically.
