I am searching for a Windows 11 64bit ARM Driver for CanoScan LIDE 400 or an alternative to use the full potential of the 4800 DPI scanner.

Hi Edward,

I have a Surface Pro, 11th Edition.

I can use the scanner with the Microsoft Scanner application, but i can only choose 600 DPI and it is a 4800 DPI scanner.

I already contacted the Canon Support and you can download the ARM driver over Windows Update > Additional Options > Optional Updates

Here’s what you can try to unlock full resolution support:

Install the Canon ARM Driver. You may go to Settings - Windows Update then Advanced Options > Optional Updates and look under Driver Updates. If the Canon ARM driver is listed, install it. This should enable full hardware capabilities, including higher DPI options.
