Reward points for PC and X-Box X Console NOT updating

Hi - I play a game on a PC, I play a game on X-Box, I play a Game Pass Game - nothing is updating. This is the 3rd week in a row on a Wednesday (has happened the previous two Wednesdays as well) that this glitch has happened. It's not my pc, not my x-box.....it's a Microsoft issue.

Can some please fix this ?

    I did everything you instructed....."jenny" wrote to me and said everything was fixed and if I need anything else to log a new ticket....BUT IT'S NOT FIXED GOD DAMMIT....AND IM GETTINGVRESLLY FRIGGING PISSED ON ALL THE RUN AROUND......J KNOW MY POINTS....IM STILL OUT THE 200 POINTS AND MY BROKEN STREAK......REALLY PISSED OFF DEALING WITH MICROSOFT INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.

    1. Restart both your PC and Xbox console to clear any temporary glitches.
    2. Press Windows + R , type wsreset.exe, and hit Enter. This will reset the Microsoft Store cache, which can                   affect Game Pass updates.
    3. Check the system update On PC: Go to Settings > Windows Update and install any pending updates.     On Xbox: Go to Settings > System > Updates and check for console updates.
    4. Sign Out and Back In Sign out of your Microsoft account on both devices.    Sign back in to refresh your Game Pass entitlements.
    5. Reinstall Xbox App / Game Pass App On PC: Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app and Gaming Services via the     Microsoft Store. On Xbox: Reinstall the Game Pass app if you're using it to launch games.
    6. Visit Xbox Live Status to see if there are any ongoing outages or maintenance affecting Game Pass updates
      . 7. Game Rotation Awareness :Game Pass titles rotate regularly. Some games may leave the catalog mid-month      (e.g., around September 15th), which can affect update behavior.
      8.Optional: Use Xbox Insider Hub Join the Xbox Insider Program to get early fixes and report issues directly to Microsoft.

    Step 1: Check Your Rewards Status


    Step 2: Submit a Support Request

    • Visit https://rewards.bing.com/support
    • Click on “Contact Support” or “Submit a request”
    • Fill out the form with the following details:
      • Subject: Missing Rewards Points and Broken Streak
        • Description:
          - Mention the exact date(s) when the issue occurred.
          
                - Specify that the outage was resolved, but your 200 points and streak were not restored.
          
                      - Confirm that you completed all required tasks (daily set, Game Pass quests, etc.).
          
                            - Mention if streak protection was enabled.
          
                               - Attach screenshots if available (e.g., task completion, streak status).
          

    Step 3: Verify Game Pass Activity

    • Ensure you played Game Pass titles for at least 15 minutes.
    • Avoid using VPNs or shared networks, as these can interfere with point tracking.

    Step 4: Monitor Your Activity Log


    Step 5: Follow Up If Needed

    • If you don’t receive a response within 3–5 business days, revisit the support portal and reply to your ticket.
    • Be polite but firm in requesting compensation for the missing 200 points and broken streak.

    Microsoft had an outage in Thursday. I did not receive my points for pc, xbox and game pass playing....in addition because of this outage it broke my 7 day streak.....in general I am out a couple hundred points. Please award me these points.

    Check Rewards Status: Visit https://rewards.bing.com/status to confirm your account is active.

    1. Submit Support Request: Go to https://rewards.bing.com/support and report the issue with screenshots and details.
    2. Avoid VPNs: Make sure you’re not using a VPN or shared network.
    3. Play Time: Play Game Pass titles for at least 15 minutes to ensure tracking.
    4. Wait for Fix: Microsoft is aware of the issue and working on a resolution.
