Dear Karlore,
The message "Start PXE over IPv4" typically appears when the virtual machine cannot detect a bootable operating system on the attached virtual hard disk. In this case, Hyper-V attempts a network boot as a fallback.
To resolve this, please ensure that the virtual hard disk (VHD/VHDX) you’ve attached contains a properly installed and bootable copy of Rectify11. If you're using an ISO file to install the OS, confirm that the ISO is mounted and that the DVD Drive is set as the first boot device in the VM's firmware settings. Additionally, verify that the VM generation is compatible—Generation 2 VMs require UEFI-compatible boot images, while Generation 1 supports legacy BIOS.
You may also want to disable Secure Boot under the VM’s Security settings if the image does not support it. Once these settings are confirmed, restart the VM and it should boot from the intended source.
Let us know if you need help configuring the VM or verifying the boot media.
Best regards,
Quinnie Quoc.
