Forgot my outlook password, and don't have enough information to verify my account

I have recently forgotten my password to log into an outlook email address I've got.... I've gone through the necessary steps to verify by getting a link sent to another email address, however one of the steps of verification is to state who I've sent emails to, and the subject of them.... The problem is, I only created the email account a couple of months ago to play a video game, therefore have not sent any emails from it. I do however have all other information needed, including name, country, date of birth and postcode.... but the result of the verification is that I haven't given enough information, which seemingly must be due to not having sent emails, because I've provided all the other information.... I've been trying to contact microsoft to specifically ask someone about it, but I can't find how to do this on their website. It's all just clicking certain things and it takes me to the same verification process again. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hi! My name is Aj and Im an Independent Advisor here to help! I understand your frustration. When it comes to log in issue its better if you use the "Sign in Helper" tool first here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/help-with-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42, but if it doesnt help then proceed in submitting an account recovery form again here https://account.live.com/acsr and use the guide on how to properly submit the account recovery form.

To contact microsoft support directly go here https://support.microsoft.com/contactus then choose "Account & billing" and then "Microsoft account". Sign in if possible, or click "Cant sign in?" to continue as a guest. From there you'll see options like virtual agent, chat with support, or in some regions, request a call back.

Just note that Microsoft agents are not allowed to send password reset links or change account details directly. All recovery must go through the Sign-in Helper or the account recovery form. But you can still try.

Thanks for your message.... I've tried both the sign in helper and account recovery form. Also on the support.microsoft contact us link, I've gone to account and billing and microsoft account, and I really can't see anything about talking to a virtual agent or chatting with support, or anything to that effect. I think I might actually remember my password now but when I try and log into my email it's still saying they can't sign me in because of too many incorrect password attempts.
