Hello @BHANU Per
Welcome to Q&A forum!
First, to make sure we are aligned, could I confirm:
- Are you using a personal (outlook.com, hotmail.com) or educational (@edu_) or business account (@domain.com)?
- Additionally, could you please share a screenshot of the error message you're seeing? That will help me provide more accurate assistance.
Besides, If I understand correctly, you're trying to access something using your work or school account, but you don't currently have the necessary permissions. In this case, you'll need to contact your IT administrator to request access. They can:
- Check your license and permissions.
- Review any security policies that might be affecting you.
- Enable access if it was disabled by mistake.
If you're not sure who the Global Administrator is in your organization, you can find guidance here:
How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.
Looking forward to hearing from you for further assistance!
