I have not logged into my azure account for a long time. It is for personal use only.

I wanted to start using it again but I cant log into the portal. I cant find a way to email support and I cant start an incident because I cant log in.

The account is the same as the one I am using here to post the question.

    Hello Joseph Caldwell,

As discussed over private message, you will be able to login into your new Azure tenant by targeting the sign-in to your tenant ID.

    https://portal.azure.com/tenant_ID.

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

This error means your Azure/Entra ID tenant was automatically deactivated because it had no activity for a long time.

    • Microsoft blocks inactive tenants (often 1–2 years without login or billable resources).
    • Recovery is usually not possible for personal/free/student tenants.
    • You can try the Microsoft account recovery portal, but success is rare.
    • Most users will need to create a new tenant/account and migrate resources.
