No problem :)
I too was offered the ESU on the 31st.
Most people should be able to apply to the ESU now, but we still have a little bit of time before October 14th so we should be good.
Is there anything else you needed help with?

My system is has W10 version 22H Home. I had followed the sequence to get the ESU wizard from the Settings but there is no link to enroll. Am I missing something?

I found a page where someone said to download something however, there is a list of several to download and I am not sure which one I should download. This is supposed to help get the enrollment to show up. I tried chatting with support but that person could not help me. It is taking a lot of my time with no positive results. Very frustrating.

If anybody following this thread hasn't been offered the ESU, please open a PowerShell window (as admin) and type
cmd /c ClipESUConsumer.exe -evaluateEligibilityand push enter.After you do that, open Settings again and you should be offered the ESU.
Let me know how this goes.

I'm done wasting my time checking and honestly have lost interest. Maybe I'm not eligible for some reason - who knows? I will check again after October 14 and if I have it I have it.

I don't know of the exact method Microsoft uses to see who is eligible for the ESU and who isn't, but I will say that the next time a Windows Update is released, it would be good to check after applying that update, so that you can check to see if anything was offered.

After looking into this more, it seems that the ESU is being rolled out in phases, so although other people have it, you might not have it yet.
I would say to check maybe every other day and see if you are able to enroll in the ESU program.

On Sunday, August 31, I finally received the Microsoft ESU note. I followed the protocol and got enrolled until October 13, 2026. It appears that Microsoft is allowing users to enroll in batches without any specific criteria. So, all what I can say is to hang on. Let's hope the wait won't be that long.

You should be able to go to Settings > Updates & security and see a link towards the bottom of the page to enroll in ESU. You can include a screenshot of what you see if you would like.
If you don't see it, make sure that your system is fully updated, and you must be signed into an account that has administrator access to the PC.

2025-08-15T14:16:23.2033333+00:00 Same issue here, 2 laptops running Windows 10 Pro 22H2 and neither have the enrollment wizard for Windows 10 Extended Security Updates. Both laptops are completely updated and I am signed in as an administrator with a Microsoft account. Either this isn't available to everyone, there's some other requirement or something is wrong.
