Perform the following procedure:
It will uninstall everything related to Riot completely. If you have any third-party antivirus, disable it first. Try installing the chipset drivers, remembering that this is not a Windows problem, but rather a Riot Vanguard anticheat problem.
First, after uninstalling the game, go to suspend bitlocker: https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1047461/

After updating the bios you will install the drivers below:

Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.
