    Hi,

    Can you try these steps?

    • Press and hold that power button for like 5 to 10 seconds. It'll power off eventually.
    • Turn it back on after that.
    • Right when the HP logo shows up, force shutdown again the same way.
    • Do this whole thing 2 or 3 times, you know.
    • Windows ought to kick into Recovery Mode on its own, which is basically Automatic Repair.
    • You'll spot something like Preparing Automatic Repair or maybe a blue screen pops up. From there, click on Advanced options.
    • Then pick Troubleshoot.
    • Head over to Advanced options again.
    • Choose Startup Settings.
    • Hit Restart.
    • Your laptop will reboot, and a list of options comes up. Press 4 or F4 to get into Safe Mode.
    • Or go with 5 or F5 if you want Safe Mode with Networking.
