I just got a new ps4 controller and ive been trying to pair it with bluetooth to my laptop it wont work. the inital pairing works but as soon as i try to actually use the controler it says 'not connected' And it always disconnects after just a few seconds of having it connected. It doesnt even work when the bluetooth says it is connect, only when i use a cable to connect it works.

    Hi ,

Connected via Bluetooth, depending on the game, sometimes it doesn't recognize the device in BT mode.

When this happens, remove the device and add it again. If you want it to work without problems, use DS4Windows if the game isn't from Steam and activate the Hide DS4 function in the options once you install DS4.

If you're using DS4, do so with the controller disconnected initially.
