    Josh,

In this Situation, temporarily disconnect from all of your networks.
Then, back up all of your data from the computer to your external storage device, and then, consider doing a clean installation of Windows 11 OS from a fresh USB installation media drive.

You can create a Windows 11 USB Installation media using the Media Creation Tool (MCT)

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

May I please know where on your Windows PC you are seeing these eSIM-related files or network connections? For example, is it in Device Manager, Network Settings, or a specific folder?

Have you already performed a full scan on your Windows PC with Windows Security? Is real-time protection turned ON?

    • You can run a full system scan using Malwarebytes and see if it detects any threats.

Meanwhile, I recommend that you protect your Microsoft account using a Strong Password and enable two-factor authentication for added security.
