fix error 0-2035(0)

when downloading microsoft 365, once it completes it gives the errors0-2035(0) and/or error 30094-1. i believe the purchased subscription is running while the free trial is running.

Error 0-2035(0) usually means another Office installation or update is still running in the background, while error 30094-1 often points to problems with the installer being blocked or corrupted. I recommend restarting your computer first, then trying the install again.

    If the problem continues, run the official Office Uninstall Support Tool to remove all existing Office or trial versions, then reinstall Microsoft 365 from your account at office.com. If you still see error 30094-1, make sure Windows is updated, temporarily turn off any antivirus or firewall blocking the setup, and if needed, use the offline installer from Microsoft’s website.
