I have a Lenovo Yoga laptop computer, with the Windows 11 operation system. Recently I lost all audio in the computer, and I think it occurred in the latest Microsoft update. How do I restore the audio. Thank you.

I have a Lenovo Yoga laptop, Model 7 2-in-1 14AHP9. The BaseBoard Manufacturer is Lonovo. The BaseBoard Product is LNVNB161216. The BaseBoard Version is SDK0T76465WIN

Thanks, Jim

    Hi ,

First, try running the Windows 11 audio troubleshooter.

Select Start > Settings > System.

Scroll down and select Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.

Go to the Audio section and click the Run button to start the audio troubleshooter.

If you get an error, take a screenshot and post it here.

Check Settings > System > Sound > if there is an audio device in the audio output.

Give feedback if the information was useful or not.

    Thanks
