In the scenario where a user has a personal licence, is it possible to assign a visible alias in Teams that supports role identification (ie LiverpoolStoreManager)? This would negate the need to know the names off all management within the business when making contact.

    Hi @Jonathan_Wynne

Alias can only be created for email service. For Teams this is not allowed.
