how to schedule a meeting with someone in another timezone

No need to convert time zones manually, Microsoft Teams does it for you. Schedule the meeting in your own time zone, and Teams will show the correct local time to each participant automatically. Example:

You set it for 9:00 AM Singapore Time (SGT). Your colleague in New York sees 9:00 PM the previous day (ET)
