Hello. You’ll need to manually reverse the folder redirection.

    First, confirm the actual location:

    1. Open File Explorer.
    2. Right-click on the “Desktop” under “Quick Access” or “This PC” → Select “Properties”.
    3. Go to the “Location” tab.

Do you see the path set to Dropbox there? If so, you’re still under redirection.

Follow this to reset the Desktop location:

    1. In the Location tab, click Restore Default.
    2. It should reset the path to: C:\Users\jelfm\Desktop.
    3. Click Apply.
    4. If prompted, choose Yes to move existing files back to the default location.

This will detach the Desktop folder from Dropbox and return Windows to its expected behavior.
