Hi,

If emails from your verizon.net address aren't getting to hotmail.com folks. But you can get emails from hotmail.com without any trouble. That usually points to some kind of sending problem or deliverability snag from verizon.net over to the outlook or hotmail servers. You know. The ones run by Microsoft.

So here's a way to sort it out and fix things up. First off. Have the Hotmail recipient check their junk folder. Or spam folder. Maybe even other folders like that. They should search the whole inbox for your email address. Or just the verizon.net domain name. If they find it. Tell them to mark the email as not junk. Next thing. Look for a bounce message on your end. If the email to Hotmail is bouncing back. You as the sender might get a notice about delivery failure. Or some bounce back email.

That could cover stuff like a blacklist warning. Or failures with spf. Dkim. Dmarc. Policy blocks too. Like when Microsoft says they blocked the message. If you got one of those messages. Just copy it here. I can help figure out what it means.
