When I try to print an envelope using Word the only thing that prints are the first line and half the second line of the mailing address.

Start by selecting new/blank document a new document is created.

From the new document select mailings/envelope. Add mailing address select print.

Why will it not print the entire mailing and return addresses.

    Hi,

People run into issues with envelope sizes not matching up right. That can mess with the printer and chop off text bits. To sort it out, head over to Mailings then Envelopes and hit Options. In that Envelope Options spot, pick the right size like a number 10 envelope. Switch to the Printing Options tab next. Make sure the feed method lines up with what your printer wants. It changes depending on the model. Check those face up or face down settings too. Look at the orientation picture there. Okay that, then add it to the document. Now go to File and Print. Peek at the preview to see if it all fits nice.

Another thing, margins might be set too tight. Or the address sits too high up or stuck to the left. Printers have those unprintable edges, you know. So it skips printing near them. Fix comes after you click Mailings and Envelopes then Options again. Under Envelope Options, tweak the delivery address spot. Nudge it down a bit and over to the right. Say from two inches to two and a half down. Do the same for the return address if it needs it. Hit okay and add to document. In the actual doc, you can drag those address boxes around by hand if you want before you print.
