This issue occurs when there is a miscalibration with the Printer. In this case, I recommend uninstalling all the Brother printer driver-related apps on the PC and reinstalling them from the manufacturer's website. Kindly follow the steps below:
Press the Windows key + R, then type in:
appwiz.cpl
Then hit OK
Look for Brother drivers or software, then right-click and uninstall them.
Restart the PC and check.
