This is typically a temporary issue that can arise for various reasons, including potential problems with your internet service provider (ISP).

Try using a different browser.

If you cannot use a different browser, see if the same behavior occurs in an InPrivate/Incognito window.

To open the InPrivate/Incognito window, open the browser and press "Ctrl + Shift + N". (For Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome)

If you still can't download the ISO, let me know in which language you need the ISO, and I will provide a direct link.

If you see that error using the bottom (3rd) link directly downloading the Windows 11 ISO, it is a widely reported error, the best option is to use the middle (2nd) link on that web page to download the Media Creation Tool, then open that tool and choose to create the Windows ISO on your drive, not the bootable USB option.

I was able to do that yesterday however it is actually a two part issue. I just downloaded it again (ISO file) using the second section as you suggested. (see below)

but what I am attempting to do is try to install this on a win 10 computer using Rufus.

Not sure if that is a good idea but thought I would try it on my spare computer first. (I would appreciate your thoughts as to if this is a good idea or not)

When I initiate Rufus I get a similar error message that I am not able to run it. Sorry I don't have the screen shot available right now.

As I've stated earlier, I deleted my VPN to no avail.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
