Most likely there is a problem with the network drivers on your PC and they need to be re-installed, do you normally use a WiFi or wired Ethernet connection?

2

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

Expand the Network Adapters section, please provide a screenshot of that window.

3

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Infomration window.

Open Device Manager, and make sure you've wireless/ethernet drivers installed and properly working.

You can visit your device manufacturer's website to download wireless/ethernet drivers for your system model.

Additionally, try updating wireless/ethernet drivers to latest version.

Or if you've already updated them, try to roll back previous version to see if that works.
