My question is pretty basic. I've got a few (older) games on my PC which I like to play occasionally. These include all the Quake and Wolfenstein editions. I can play them all fine right now on Windows 10, but will they suddenly no longer be playable if I upgrade to Windows 11?

Usually, games and software that run well on Windows 10, run well on Windows 11 too.
But it is hard to say with precision if the game is playable on Windows 11, the best option is to search for feedback from other players of this same games on Windows 11, depending on the version of the game, they might run better or not.
Some games may need to use the compatibility mode, others may need some fixes.
Hi, and thanks for the response. I experienced this issue way back I think with Windows 98 or 2000 and I lost access to all games. Over the years since then I've needed to get someone to help me with compatibility issues with games as Windows has progressed, so I may need to do the same again.
