I tried to activate 150$ monthly azure credit using personal outlook account. I created a signup link and tried to login which is successful, but I am unable to see any subscription there. Can someone please help me.

Hello @Tejas Lunawat

Thank you for connecting with us offline regarding your issue.

I I understand that you're encountering the error code interaction_required: AADSTS160021: Application requested a user session which does not exist. whenever you try to access the Azure portal or entra.microsoft.com.

It appears you're seeing the same error when attempting to create a support ticket in Azure as well. This is what I've understood so far from the Identity perspective.

Additionally, I understand your concern that your active subscription isn't showing up under your subscriptions linked to your personal account.

We have checked on the backend and recommend that you log in to the Azure portal using the account associated with your subscription by targeting your specific tenant. This should allow you to access the Azure portal successfully and view your active subscriptions linked to your account.

Please accept my answer if the information helped you. Thanks
