Solution: Uninstall Roblox from your device. GO TO THE ACTUAL WEBSITE not Microsoft store. Microsoft then auto signs you in to your xbox account which may or may not be restricted.
I can't play roblox because of my "acount settings".

Hi there!
I was wondering if anyone could help me with this issue. When I try to play a game on roblox which isn't original, it won't allow me because of my "acount settings", telling me that I'd need to change it in privacy and security online settings on Xbox.com. But when I try to change it it turns out that I'm not allowed.
What can or should do??

I don't really want to play some of the old games I've made either so I need help (And also I don't have an Xbox account)

2025-10-01T01:56:09.6566667+00:00 Hi, yeah I'm also having the SAME issue. I am not part of any "Family Group" and I cannot change settings to allow the permission to play these games. I tried signing into my host account and the problem still persisted.
